Private yoga sessions
are excellent for students that want to deepen their personal practice, explore aspects of yoga more in depth, have injuries or health issues that require customized sessions, are new to yoga and want to work at their own pace rather than a class setting, and those that want to take their practice to a new level.
Private, customized sessions with Veronika are tailored to your specific needs and goals. A variety of options are available.

Ashtanga yoga privates provide excellent, safe, adjustments that can take your practice to a new level.




Develop a home practice: If you prefer to do yoga on your own at home or available class schedules and styles don't work well for you, Veronika can help assess your level and needs and develop a customized yoga practice you can do regularly on your own. You can choose just one session, regular sessions weekly, or once a month to check in with your instructor and add more to your routine as you are ready to.

Complement to group classes: Individual private sessions can greatly enhance your regular class practice by working on areas you'd like to build strength, greater flexibility, or flow, or deepen your understanding of various aspects of yoga.

Therapeutic yoga: excellent for individuals recovering from injuries or other health issues, or those with chronic back pain, etc. Veronika works intuitively drawing from her 20 years of yoga study to help you heal.

Partner yoga: a great way to deepen in the postures and share your practice with a partner. Veronika has taught partner yoga privately to couples and small groups for many years. This is a great way to gain flexibility, strength, and balance while deepening communication skills, trust, and spending healing time together. It's also fun to practice partner yoga as a family, or with a group of close friends.


 

Meditation: learn simple, yet profound techniques to calm the mind and go within. A regular meditation practice has countless benefits including reducing stress, anxiety, and fear. It helps one feel more whole , complete, and connected with oneself and all of life. Sessions are customized to your philosophy and belief system. Meditation will make a profound difference in your life ~

Healing movement: drawing from yoga and Nia, these sessions are great for those that want to explore movement and access their bodies healing wisdom., or those that have health issues or limited mobility. Seniors benefit greatly from these sessions which increase circulation, joint mobility, balance, and strength.



Private Nia: Nia is a great way to get an event or party going! Kick off your next dance event with 30, 45, or 60 minutes of Nia movement. A great ice breaker as it gets people moving and having fun together!

Business classes: sponsor a class for your staff before or after work, or a yoga lunch break. Yoga helps one to re-energize and focus, increase health, and provide positive shared experiences for team building.

Small groups: get a group of friends together for a class at your desired time and location.
